ON THE EASEL:

Judy is working on several new spring releases.  She is continuing her "A Tribute to Wolves" series, as well as portraying a horse that pays homage to the great Sioux Chief, American Horse.

GREAT SMOKIES FINE ARTS GALLERY SHOW:

For the ninth year, Judy's show at Great Smokies Fine Arts Gallery in Cherokee, North Carolina, the home of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, was a well-attended highlight of the year. Collectors and new clients from as far away as Michigan and Illinois attended the annual Labor Day Sunday event.

As a special feature, Judy enhanced giclee canvases that were bought at the show, conducted a scratchboard demonstration, and welcomed each individual, young and old (three months to 92 years old), who graced the gallery with their presence. The gallery's owners and staff, including Todd, Pooh, Ree and Tina, provided an atmosphere of joy, and all of them provided the clients with a thorough knowledge of Judy's work, as well as an expertise in framing and the art business, in general.

The tenth annual show is already being planned for 2010. Judy will be bringing with her several miniature originals for exclusive sale at this commemorative show.

ON THE EASEL:

Judy is excited to be working on her next release, "The Elk Dog Tipi." This 12"w x 16"h giclee canvas will be available well in time for Christmas giving. "The Elk Dog Tipi" features the Native American legend of how the Blackfoot acquired horses, and is sure to be as popular as "The Horse Tipi" and "The Crow Tipi."

THE GREENWICH WORKSHOP:

This year will mark the ninth anniversary that The Greenwich Workshop, America's leading publisher of fine art prints and giclee canvases, has published Judy's work. Home to many of the art community's leading artists, such as Howard Terpning, Bev Doolittle, Mian Situ, and Morgan Weistling, The Greenwich Workshop continues to produce the highest quality limited editions available. Judy is pleased and proud to be part of The Greenwich Workshop's family of artists.

GREAT SMOKIES FINE ARTS GALLERY SHOW:

Over 150 people, some coming from as far as away Maryland and Texas, made their way to Great Smokies Fine Arts Gallery in Cherokee, North Carolina, to spend some time with Judy in September.This annual gallery show takes place on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend and has featured Judy for a number of years.
